Downs Fit in Six
Six Week Membership
This 6 week program aims for total body and lifestyle transformation. The program is designed to reach all levels of fitness: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. Passes are available to participate in-person or virtually. The program includes access to 6 weeks of fitness classes, three 6 week meal plan options, virtual recipe book with 40+ approved recipes, online support group and more. Perhaps the most influential element of this program is the coming together of like-minded people looking for a positive change in their life. The intensity of the program creates strong bonds and lifelong friendship with constant support of the Downs Fit Fam. Circuit Training

Join us for this high intensity, 45 minute class. We train with all of our equipment including Sandbags, Rowers, Medicine Balls, Treadmills, Ropes and more! This is a total body strength and cardio workout.
