Downs Fitness Group Classes are available through our Downs Fit in Six or Drop-In packages.

tri-sets

It’s science, baby! This strength training class is structured to target specific muscle groups. Each set contains 3 exercises that work the muscle group in dynamic ways. Fatigue and rebuild those muscles!

hiit4

High Intensity Interval Training is designed to work your body in short spurts with short rests. This group class is split into four stations where you work in a group to complete cardio, strength and core exercises.

cardio & abs

Burn some serious calories in this high intensity cardio class. Using light dumbbells throughout the entire class, we combine calisthenics and cardio boxing moves for an incredible upbeat workout.

bootcamp with live dj

This class is designed to push you out of your comfort zone. Incorporating skills from all Downs Fitness classes and bringing in a Live DJ takes the energy to incredible levels.

tabata

Tabata is in the school of High Intensity Interval Training. 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest will leave you with an incredible sense of accomplishment and a great deal of sweat!

total body strength training

Strength Training is essential for all body types. This class is more of slow burn focusing on total body strength building exercises using dumbbells and bodyweight.
