Sessions consist of different activities and drills designed to build and improve strength, agility, mobility, coordination, balance and other skills essential for any sport. We strive for a team environment that teaches cooperation, accountability, self-determination and disciple. Above all, we want any member of Downs Fit Kids to build the confidence they need to achieve their athletic goals.
