Choose one or two days a week.

Sessions consist of fun-filled, age specific activities and drills designed to build and improve strength, agility, mobility, coordination, balance and other fitness skills. We strive for a team environment that teaches cooperation, accountability, self-determination and disciple. Above all, we want any member of Downs Fit Kids to build the confidence they need to achieve their athletic goals.
